One of the best online sources of supplements I've found.
Excellent selection of high quality fish oil. They offer a combination
of quality supplements and neutraceuticals
with discounted prices. You can save up to 75% on many of their

GNC
(General Nutrition Centers)
GNC is one of the oldest health and supplements stores in
the world. They offer an incredible array of nutritional supplements
and ergogenic aids. The only downside: they currently do not ship
product outside of the United States. If you live in the U.S., you can
order just about anything you would find in one of their stores here.

Wellness / Grassland Beef
This company was one of the first in the
U.S. to offer 100% grass fed beef. They currently offer: grass
fed beef, lamb, and bison; organic dairy products; free range chicken;
and natural pork. Grass fed products are 3 to 5 times higher in CLA and
have better ratios of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids. These products
also have reduced fat, are free of hormones and antibiotics. And the
flavor is incredible -- some of the best steaks I've every had! The
animals are raised in free range, humane environments. I highly
recommend all of their products.

If you are interested in building your own home gym, or
adding a specific piece of fitness equipment, this is the place to go.
They have a great selection of products at various price points to fit
your budget. They offer excellent prices and, in most cases, free
shipping. I used Fitness Factory Outlet to build my own home gym, and
found their product quality and service to be exceptional.

This company offers a wide range of
quality products to help you allergy-proof your home and environment.
They've been around since 1971 and are recommended by thousands of
physicians worldwide. I've purchased bedding covers, HEPA-certified
vacuum cleaners, and other products from them and have been very
satisfied with the quality and speed of delivery.

Richard
N. Firshein, D. O.
When I first read this book in the
1990's, I knew I was on the right
track with my own asthma program. Great information on treatment plans,
alternative treatments, diet and supplement recommendations, and the
importance of exercise in improving your asthma.

Allergy & Asthma Cure
Fred
Pescatore, M.D.
Focuses on diet and supplements as a
means to improve or eliminate
asthma. Has separate sections on treating allergies and asthma. One
caveat: this guy started out with Atkins, so he sometimes overstates
the benefits of high protein, low carb diet. But his diet
recommendations specific to asthma are excellent and worth trying out.

Hale
Good introduction to Hale's application
of the Buteyko Breathing method
as part of her alternative health approach to asthma. Contains very
useful information, although some of the information and claims in the
book are overstated.
